MIDronicad may retain a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use pre-existing components, tools, or methodologies developed by the Company, which are incorporated into the custom software, for its internal operations or for developing other solutions.
  • Trademarks: The MIDronicad name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MIDronicad or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of MIDronicad.

7. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. Quotations for services are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Billing: Payments for drone sales are typically due in full upon order placement or as per the specific sales agreement. Payments for academic document delivery are due upon service request. Payments for software development projects will follow the payment schedule outlined in the specific Software Development Agreement.
  • Refunds: Refund policies for drone sales, academic document delivery services, and software development projects will be detailed in separate sales agreements or service-specific terms.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

MIDronicad does not warrant that:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the courts located in Tamale in the Republic of Ghana.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
